Eligibility for Returns

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on where to send the product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to swap an item for the same product (e.g., defective or damaged), contact us, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
